Through my connections with a local Business Group, I became involved with a new start up business (Butty Boys Sandwich Shop in the City of London). I was responsible for all aspects of Practical Training including Basic Food and Hygiene. I trained six members of the team and the shop has been trading since March 2004 very successfully.
